Rice Vinegar

Kikkoman Rice Vinegar is milder in flavor than other vinegars. There is also a hint of sweetness from the rice it is made from. The well-balanced acidity is excellent as an addition not only to Asian but also to Hispanic, European and American dishes. The higher vinegar content of white rice vinegar makes it the best choice for sweet and/or tangy dishes, for salad dressings and for pickling vegetables. Use it in place of wine vinegar or lemon juice!

With zero fat and no calories, Kikkoman Rice Vinegar is a healthy way to add flavor to your dishes. It is versatile for using in any recipe.
