1/3 cup Kikkoman Soy Sauce
3 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice
1-1/2 tablespoons freshly grated horseradish
2 teaspoons olive oil
1 tablespoon fresh coriander leaves, chopped
1 teaspoon finely minced garlic
Mix ingredients in a bowl. Add cleaned seafood and chill. Grill seafood following your favorite method.
*Will accommodate up to 2 dozen medium shrimp (also good for scallops)
