(Makes 4 servings)
2 tablespoons Kikkoman Soy Sauce
2 tablespoons lime juice
2 heirloom tomatoes, cut into wedges
1 firm, ripe avocado, peeled, pitted and cut into wedges
1/2 cup thinly sliced sweet onion
1/2 small jalapeno pepper, seeded and thinly sliced
Combine soy sauce and lime juice in small bowl. Divide and arrange tomatoes, avocado, onion and jalapeno pepper onto 4 salad plates. Drizzle 1 Tbsp. dressing over each salad.
