2 heads of broccoli
¼ cup Kikkoman® Rice Vinegar
3 tablespoons fresh mint chopped
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon lime juice
2 teaspoons Kikkoman® Soy Sauce
1 teaspoon fish sauce
1 teaspoon kosher salt
½ teaspoon Kikkoman® Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce
¼ teaspoon pepper
¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
6-7 basil leaves chopped
Preheat your oven to 425°F and while heating, prepare the broccoli by washing and cutting into florets. Toss broccoli in olive oil, salt, and pepper and then spread in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake broccoli for 15-20 minutes.
Whisk together red pepper flakes, basil, mint, lime juice, rice vinegar, soy sauce, fish sauce, and sriracha.
Pour sauce over the broccoli and serve!
