Ingredients

Yield: Makes 1 serving
Prep Time: 10 minutes

1 grapefruit
1 teaspoon Kikkoman® Sesame Oil
¼ teaspoon salt and pepper
2 cups arugula
3 pieces of prosciutto
½ avocado

Instructions

  1. Peel and segment your grapefruit, letting the juices drip into a salad bowl. Put segments to the side.
  2. Add sesame oil, salt, and pepper to the bowl and whisk to combine.
  3. Add arugula and toss gently to coat with dressing.
  4. Top with grapefruit segments, prosciutto, and avocado.
