1 teaspoon Kikkoman® Sesame Oil
¼ teaspoon salt and pepper
2 cups arugula
3 pieces of prosciutto
- Peel and segment your grapefruit, letting the juices drip into a salad bowl. Put segments to the side.
- Add sesame oil, salt, and pepper to the bowl and whisk to combine.
- Add arugula and toss gently to coat with dressing.
- Top with grapefruit segments, prosciutto, and avocado.
