Ingredients

Yield: Makes 5 servings
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 15 minutes

5 cups water
1 sheet nori, torn into pieces
¼ cup hot water
5 tablespoons miso

Instructions

  1. Bring 5 cups of water to a boil
  2. Turn off heat and add torn bits of nori to the water
  3. Place miso in a bowl and add ¼ cup of hotwater; stir until a smooth paste forms
  4. Add miso to the pot of water and stir.
    Option to add cubed tofu
