Lowering our Carbon Footprint<\/h2>\n

Kikkoman\u00ae Soy Sauce is traditionally brewed in Global Food Safety Initiative – compliant production facilities in Wisconsin and California using only North American\u2013grown soybeans and wheat, salt and water.<\/p>\n

In 1973, Kikkoman became the first Japanese company to build a major plant in the United States. Walworth, Wisconsin was chosen as its site for its central location, clean air and water and the close proximity of soybean and wheat producers.<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
