8 Instant Umami Hacks

1. Soy Mayo

Add a small amount of Kikkoman® Soy Sauce and Dijon mustard to prepared mayonnaise to make an umami-rich spread for sandwiches, burgers, vegetables, and more.


2. French Onion Soup

Add a small amount of Kikkoman® Soy Sauce to onions after they’ve caramelized. You’ll discover that the resulting soup is richer and more intensely flavorful. 


3. Meatier Meatless
