ingredients

3/4 pound baby bok choy
1 tablespoon thinly sliced garlic
1 tablespoon Kikkoman Preservative-Free Non-GMO Toasted Sesame Oil
1/2 cup water
1 tablespoon Kikkoman Soy Sauce
chili oil

directions

Cut bok choy in half lengthwise; wash thoroughly. Place in wok, stem ends toward center and cut faces down. Sprinkle with garlic; add sesame oil and water. Simmer until water evaporates and cut faces of bok choy are lightly browned. Remove from heat; drizzle with soy sauce and a few drops of chil oil.
