Bacon Dressing

ingredients

2 pounds bacon
1 cup olive oil
12 ounces onion, chopped
3 ounces garlic, minced
1 1/3 cups balsamic vinegar
1 cup Kikkoman Less Sodium Soy Sauce
1/2 cup chopped basil
4 teaspoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
salt

directions

Cut bacon into 1/2-inch pieces. In large skillet, over medium heat, cook bacon until crisp. Drain all but 1 cup fat. Add olive oil; onions and garlic to skillet. Cook about 5 minutes or until onions are tender. Add balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, basil, sugar and pepper. Bring to simmer and simmer 2 minutes. Season with salt.
