ingredients

1/2 cup fresh basil leaves
1/2 cup fresh chives
1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
1/2 cup fresh lemongrass
3 1/2 cups orange juice
1 1/2 cups Kikkoman Soy Sauce
1 cup rice vinegar
1/4 tablespoon cayenne pepper
salt and pepper

directions

Finely mince basil, chives and mint leaves; slice lemongrass crosswise into thin slices, then finely chop. In bowl, whisk together orange juice, soy sauce and vinegar; whisk in herbs and cayenne pepper. Season with salt and pepper.
