kikkoman products used:

ingredients

1 pound shrimp, shell on
3 tablespoons Kikkoman Soy Sauce
2 tablespoons rice wine
1 teaspoon ginger juice
1/2 teaspoon Kikkoman Preservative-Free Non-GMO Toasted Sesame Oil
2 teaspoons peanut oil
1 cup red bell peppers, 1-inch squares
1/2 cup green onions, 1-inch pieces

directions

Marinate shrimp in soy sauce, wine, ginger juice and sesame oil for 20 minutes. Drain; stir-fry in peanut oil with bell peppers and green onions about 5 minutes or until shrimp turns pink.
