Just season your meats with oil, salt and pepper and grill to just below your desired doneness temperature. Immediately plunge the grilled meat into a reverse marinade of Kikkoman\u00ae Soy Sauce, Rice Vinegar, Sesame Oil, honey, minced ginger, garlic, scallion and chili. Allow the meat to sit in the marinade for up to an hour. The heat of the meat will gently &#8220;cook&#8221; the marinade which will be used as the sauce. Off heat, whisk in small cubes of softened butter until the sauce is thick and rich. A Tare Dipping Sauce<\/h4>\n<p><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u201c<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">When it comes to grilling, one of our favorite ways to use Kikkoman Soy Sauce is to make a <\/span><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">tare<\/span><\/i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">. <\/span><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Tare<\/span><\/i><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> is a Japanese \u2018dipping sauce\u2019 that\u2019s often used as a seasoning agent for grilling meats like yakitori or yakiniku. At RYLA we like to use Kikkoman Soy Sauce as the base, and we add other ingredients to flavor it. For example, we make a port wine <\/span><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">tare<\/span><\/i><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> by combining soy sauce with port, mirin and sake to season the steaks that we grill over binchotan. You can use a pastry brush to brush on layers of <\/span><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">tare<\/span><\/i><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> while the food is on the grill, or you can even dip it in the sauce.
