First, a little history: This year, we’re celebrating our 50th year of brewing Kikkoman® Soy Sauce in the U.S. In 1973, we opened the first major soy sauce plant in Walworth, WI, right in the heart of America’s fertile soybean and wheat country. Fifty years later, our Walworth plant is still supplying the country with delicious, umami flavors.
