Easy Radish Salad

Crunchy radish just speaks summer and this light and refreshing salad makes the perfect side to any grilled meats or veggies on a hot day! With bright and zingy radishes paired with crunchy cucumber slices, everything is dressed in a sweet and tangy vinaigrette with a touch Asian flair. Serve with your favorite barbecued meats, as a side dish to any summer meal, or top with crumbled feta cheese or marinated tofu to make it vegetarian for Meatless Monday.

Ingredients

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Inactive Time: 30 minutes
Total Time: 40 minutes

1 bunch of radishes, thinly sliced
2 English seedless cucumbers, thinly sliced into round slices
¼ red onion, thinly sliced
¼ cup Kikkoman® Rice Vinegar
½ teaspoon Kikkoman® Sesame Oil
2 tablespoons honey
5 basil leaves, thinly sliced
Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Slice radishes, cucumbers, and red onion and set aside.
  2. Whisk together the vinegar, sesame oil, honey, basil, and salt.
  3. Add veggies to the dressing and toss to combine.
  4. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes and serve.
