Easy Pad Thai

kikkoman products used:

ingredients

½ pound linguine noodles, cooked
1 cup nutty peanut butter      
½ cup Kikkoman® Sweet Soy Sauce for Rice        
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice               
4 tablespoons Kikkoman Sesame oil, divided       
½ pound blsl chicken breast cut into thin strips
5 cloves garlic, minced
1/3 pound bean sprouts, rinsed and drained
4 scallions, sliced
½ pound baby shrimp, cooked
2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped

directions

Stir together peanut butter, Sweet Soy Sauce and  lime juice, set aside.  Heat 2 tablespoons sesame oil in hot wok or large skillet over high heat.  Add chicken and stir-fry 1 minute; remove.  Heat remaining 2 tablespoons sesame oil in the same pan.  Add garlic, beans sprouts, and scallions; stir-fry 1 minute.  Stir in noodles and cook, tossing to combine for 2 minutes.  Add in cooked chicken, shrimp, cilantro and peanut butter mixture. Cook and stir for 3-4 minutes.
