Sweet Angel Wings

ingredients

2 pounds chicken drummettes and wingettes
2 tablespoons Kikkoman Soy Sauce
Nonstick cooking spray
1/3 cup Kikkoman Gluten-Free Sweet Chili Sauce

directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425⁰F.
  2. Rinse chicken; pat dry with paper towels.
  3. Place chicken in a large bowl; pour in soy sauce and toss to coat all pieces well.
  4. Arrange chicken pieces, side by side, on a wire rack sprayed with cooking spray in foil-lined shallow baking pan.
  5. Bake 25 minutes. Turn chicken pieces over. Bake 20 to 25 minutes longer, or until chicken is no longer pink near bone.
  6. Transfer chicken to a clean large bowl. Add sweet chili sauce and toss until all pieces are evenly coated with sauce.
  7. Serve with additional sweet chili sauce, if desired.
