1/2 cup Kikkoman Soy Sauce 3 large garlic cloves, minced 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Combine soy sauce, minced garlic, and pepper, and mix well.
Pour marinade over your chosen cut of meat in large resealable plastic food storage bag. Press air out of bag; close top securely. Turn bag over several times to coat meat. Marinate in refrigerator for at least 1 hour or overnight.
Throw your chosen cut of meat on the grill, then use in your favorite stir fry, fajitas, or tacos!
