Simple Hummus with Soy Sauce

Ingredients

Yield: Makes 4-6 servings

  • 4 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 large cloves garlic, thinly sliced
  • 1 tsp. ground cumin
  • 1 15.5 oz. cans chickpeas, drained and rinsed (reserve liquid)
  • 3 Tbsp. tahini
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce

Instructions

Add all ingredients to your food processor, blending until smooth. Add additional chickpea juice one Tbsp. at a time if your hummus is too thick. Serve with fresh veggies, pita wedges, or tortilla chips!
