1 15.5 oz. cans chickpeas, drained and rinsed (reserve liquid)
3 Tbsp. tahini
2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
Add all ingredients to your food processor, blending until smooth. Add additional chickpea juice one Tbsp. at a time if your hummus is too thick. Serve with fresh veggies, pita wedges, or tortilla chips!
