ingredients

1 medium pineapple
1-2 tablespoons vegetable oil
½ cup Kikkoman® Teriyaki Baste & Glaze
1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds

directions

  1. Slice off top, bottom and sides of pineapple. Lie pineapple down and slice diagonally to remove eyes.
  2. Cut pineapple in half and slice each half lengthwise into long pieces, creating 8 slices total. Slice off the hard center rind from each piece and slide a popsicle stick into one side.
  3. Preheat grill over medium heat and lightly grease with vegetable oil.
  4. While grill heats, brush each pineapple skewer liberally with Kikkoman® Teriyaki Baste and Glaze. Place skewers on grill and grill 4 minutes. Turn using tongs and grill an additional 4 minutes. Remove from grill and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds. Serve warm.
