Combine tomato juice, vodka, soy sauce, lime juice, and sriracha, stirring well to make sure that the sriracha has dissolved.
In a small shallow dish, combine sea salt and chili powder. Run a lime wedge around each glass rim, and then dip the glass rim into the salt and chili powder mixture.
Fill each glass with cubed ice and pour in cocktail. Garnish with a wedge of lime and a dill pickle spear.
