ingredients

½ cucumber
½ cup Kikkoman® Rice Vinegar
½ cup water
1 ½ tablespoons Kikkoman® Soy Sauce
2 teaspoons Kikkoman® Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce

directions

  1. Cut 1/2 cucumber into thin slices with a mandolin or sharp knife.
  2. In a Mason jar or bowl, mix together rice vinegar, water, soy sauce, and sriracha.
  3. Add the cucumber slices and chill until serving time.
  4. Serve these cucumbers as a burger topping or on a sandwich.
