Sriracha BLT

Ingredients

Yield: 4 servings
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 15 minutes

8 pieces sourdough bread
8 pieces bacon
2 tomatoes, sliced
2 cups baby spinach
8 tablespoons Kikkoman® Sriracha Mayo Sauce
¼ teaspoon salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, fry bacon until cooked through and crispy. Drain on paper towel.
  2. While the bacon cooks, toast the bread.
  3. To assemble each sandwich, start with a piece of toasted sourdough bread and spread on 1-2 tablespoons of sriracha mayo sauce.
  4. Layer ¼ of the spinach on the bread and a few slices of tomatoes and then season the tomatoes with salt and pepper. Top with 2 slices of bacon, broken in half, and a second piece of toast.
