4 large Portobello mushrooms, cleaned
¼ cup Kikkoman® Teriyaki Takumi, Original
- Preheat your grill to medium heat.
- In a large bowl, pour the teriyaki sauce over the mushrooms, brushing the sauce all over.
- Place each mushroom onto the grill, gills up, and allow to grill for 5-6 minutes.
- Flip and grill for another 3-4 minutes or until the mushrooms are tender.
