ingredients

Marinated Pineapple Salsa:

¼ cup pineapple, finely cubed

¼ cup cucumber, peeled and finely cubed

1 large green onion, sliced

1 tablespoon Kikkoman® Gluten-Free Poke Sauce

1 tablespoon Kikkoman® Sweet and Sour Sauce

1 tablespoon Kikkoman® Rice Vinegar

 

Wraps:

¹/ lb. ahi tuna, cut into small cubes

¹/ cup Kikkoman® Poke Sauce

6 tablespoons quinoa, cooked

6 large lettuce leaves (curly green leaf or butter are best)

3 tablespoons macadamia nuts, chopped, roasted & salted

directions

1. Stir together all pineapple salsa ingredients in a medium bowl. 
2. Stir together ahi and Kikkoman® Poke Sauce ingredients in a medium bowl. 
3. Spoon equal amounts of quinoa into each lettuce leaf and top with equal amounts of ahi, pineapple salsa and nuts.
