Stir Fry Pizza - Sunny Side Up

Ingredients

Pre-made baked pizza dough
2 Tbsp. Kikkoman ® Soy Sauce
6 mushrooms
4 sundried tomatoes
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 zucchini
1 yellow pepper
1 egg, cooked sunny-side-up
Fresh basil for garnish
Olive Oil

Instructions

Chop vegetables and stir fry with minced garlic in olive oil for 2-3 minutes. Add in soy sauce. Remove from the heat and spoon the vegetable mixture over premade or fresh baked pizza dough. Sprinkle fresh basil on top then bake at 425 degrees for 5-7 minutes. Top with an egg, cooked sunny side up.
