Thai Red Curry Ravioli

Ingredients

Yield: Makes 4 servings
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 10 minutes

1 pound cheese ravioli
2- 10.9 ounce jars Kikkoman® Thai Red Curry Sauce
½ cup tomato sauce
½ pound cooked, shredded chicken breast
½ cup frozen peas
2 cups fresh spinach
2 tablespoons basil, chopped
¼ teaspoons red pepper flakes, optional

Instructions

  1. Cook ravioli per package directions. While ravioli cooks, heat Thai red curry sauce and tomato sauce in a medium sauté pan over medium heat for 3 minutes. Add chicken, peas and spinach. Stir well and cook 5 minutes longer or until bubbling.
  2. Drain ravioli and immediately add to pan with curry. Gently stir to coat ravioli. Heat 2 minutes. Serve hot, garnished with basil and pepper flakes.
