1 pound cheese ravioli 2- 10.9 ounce jars Kikkoman® Thai Red Curry Sauce ½ cup tomato sauce ½ pound cooked, shredded chicken breast ½ cup frozen peas 2 cups fresh spinach 2 tablespoons basil, chopped ¼ teaspoons red pepper flakes, optional
Cook ravioli per package directions. While ravioli cooks, heat Thai red curry sauce and tomato sauce in a medium sauté pan over medium heat for 3 minutes. Add chicken, peas and spinach. Stir well and cook 5 minutes longer or until bubbling.
Drain ravioli and immediately add to pan with curry. Gently stir to coat ravioli. Heat 2 minutes. Serve hot, garnished with basil and pepper flakes.
