ingredients

1 pound 80/20 ground beef
2 tablespoons Kikkoman® Soy Sauce
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon dried thyme
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon black pepper

directions

  1. Combine all ingredients together in a medium mixing bowl and use hands to thoroughly combine. Form into 4 patties.
  2. Heat grill to medium heat and lightly grease with oil. Place burgers on grill and cook for 4 minutes on each side for medium doneness. Serve hot on buns with your favorite toppings.
