3-Ingredient Umami Cauliflower

1 pound cauliflower
Cooking oil
1 tablespoon Kikkoman® Smooth Aromatic Shoyu

Instructions

  1. Cut cauliflower into 2” florets
  2. In medium high heat, pour enough oil to cover the bottom of the skillet
  3. Add cauliflower, toss and spread into an even layer. Cover and cook for 3 to 4 minutes, until browned and fork tender.
  4. Toss with Kikkoman Smooth Aromatic Shoyu and serve.
