1 pound cauliflower
1 tablespoon Kikkoman® Smooth Aromatic Shoyu
- Cut cauliflower into 2” florets
- In medium high heat, pour enough oil to cover the bottom of the skillet
- Add cauliflower, toss and spread into an even layer. Cover and cook for 3 to 4 minutes, until browned and fork tender.
- Toss with Kikkoman Smooth Aromatic Shoyu and serve.
