1 pound Brussels sprouts
½ cup water
1 ½ tablespoon Kikkoman® Smooth Aromatic Shoyu
- Halve sprouts through the stem.
- In medium high heat, pour enough oil to cover the bottom of the skillet. Place Brussels sprouts cut side down.
- Pour water over Brussels sprouts. Cover and let steam for 5 minutes. Turn heat down to medium and cook for 2 minutes. Remove the lid and let the water evaporate, do not shake the pan.
- When the Brussels sprouts are brown and crispy. Toss with Kikkoman Smooth Aromatic Shoyu and serve.
