ingredients

8 cups Brussels sprouts, sliced
2 tablespoons Kikkoman® Sesame Oil, divided
2 tablespoons Kikkoman® Rice Vinegar
1 tablespoon raw honey
½ teaspoon ginger paste
¼ teaspoon garlic, minced
4 strips bacon, cooked and chopped
½ cup dried cranberries
½ cup pecan halves, lightly toasted

directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400ºF and spread sliced Brussels sprouts on a parchment lined baking sheet and drizzle with 1 tablespoon sesame oil. Bake for 10 minutes.
  2. In the meantime, whisk together rice vinegar, remaining sesame oil, honey, ginger, and garlic in a small mixing bowl.
  3. Remove Brussels sprouts from oven and cool for 5 minutes. Combine Brussels sprouts, bacon, cranberries and pecans on a serving platter and drizzle with sesame vinaigrette. Gently toss with tongs. Serve warm.
