Asian BBQ Pizza


Yield: makes 2 pies

1 cup Kikkoman® Preservative-Free Orange Sauce
2 tablespoons Kikkoman® Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, part skim, grated
3/4 cup cooked chicken breast, cut into cubes
1/3 cup green onions, fresh, sliced 1/4-inch
1/4 cup red bell peppers, fresh, sliced into rings
1/4 cup cilantro, fresh, picked, stem-off
2 each  8-9 inch round whole grain rich pizza crust, frozen, par-cooked


  1. Pre-heat oven to bake (check with pizza crust brand as recommended temperature may vary.) Thaw frozen pizza crust and keep in room temperature prior to assembly.
  2. Combine Kikkoman Preservative-Free Orange Sauce and Kikkoman Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce.
  3. Cut green onions and red bell peppers; keep separate in small bowls for assembly. Wash, dry and pick cilantro leaves off its stems. Keep dry in small bowl.

To assemble pizza:

  1. Place pizza crust in a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil. Take sauce mixture and spoon generously around the pizza crust.
  2. Sprinkle 1/4 cup of shredded mozzarella around pizza crust. Add pieces of cooked chicken strips around the pizza.
  3. Lay red bell peppers and green onions evenly around and on top of the chicken. Place pizza in oven and cook until cheese is fully melted.
  4. Garnish cooked pizza with fresh cilantro.
