Marinated Fried Chicken (Tatsuta-age)

Ingredients

Yield: Serves 4
Cook Time: 15 minutes

2 chicken thighs   
Potato starch, as needed   
Vegetable oil, as needed
Sesame seeds, for garnishing
Green onion, for garnishing

For marinade:
2 tablespoons Kikkoman® Soy Sauce   
1 tablespoon Kikkoman® Manjo Aji-Mirin   
1 tablespoon sake

Instructions

  1.  Cut the chicken into bite-size pieces and marinate in marinade ingredients for 10 minutes, turning occasionally.
  2. Coat chicken with starch, and fry in vegetable oil heated to 340-350 F.
