Ramen Noodle Bowl with Peanut Sauce

Sign up for the quickest meal ever! Peanut noodle bowls come together in less than 10 minutes with only a few easy ingredients for a simple dinner recipe. Find ramen noodles in your pantry, along with most of the ingredients for homemade peanut sauce. Add in any fresh vegetables or frozen veggies you love or whip up the noodles with some sauce as a midnight snack. Chilled peanut ramen makes for tasty leftovers or a quick and easy lunch, too!

Cook Time: 2 minutes
Total Time: 7 minutes

2 packages (3 ounces each) dried ramen noodles
1 cup purple cabbage, finely shredded

For peanut sauce
½ cup creamy unsalted peanut butter, at room temperature
3 tablespoons Kikkoman® Soy Sauce
2 tablespoons Kikkoman® Sesame Oil
2 tablespoons Kikkoman® Rice Vinegar
¼ cup warm water
1 tablespoon honey
½ teaspoon Kikkoman® Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce (or to taste)

For garnish
½ cup peanuts, chopped
¼ cup cilantro, chopped
½ cup edamame, shelled


  1. Cook ramen noodles according to package directions. Discard the included seasoning package if your noodles included one. While noodles are cooking, stir together ingredients for sauce in a small bowl until smooth and creamy.
  2. Strain noodles and place in a medium mixing bowl. Add shredded cabbage, using tongs to toss.
  3. Toss in peanut sauce to coat noodles.
  4. Divide between 2 bowls and top with peanuts + cilantro.
