7 cups of beef broth
2 tablespoons Kikkoman® Oyster Sauce
1 tablespoon Kikkoman® Sesame Oil
8 ounces ramen noodles
2 cups bok choy, chopped
1 cup bell pepper, julienned
2 broccoli florets, chopped
2 cups mushrooms
1 cup snow peas
½ cup cilantro, stems trimmed
½ cup chopped green onion
8-10 fresh basil leaves
1 pound thinly sliced beef (chuck, ribeye)
- Bring broth, oyster sauce and sesame oil to a boil in a 5 quart Dutch oven over medium heat. Add noodles and cook according to package directions.
- Remove pot from stove and place over a heating element on your table. Serve noodles into each person’s individual bowl.
- Add half the vegetables to pot and cook 2 minutes. Add cilantro, green onion, and basil to pot. Allow guests to serve themselves and cook slices of beef and remaining vegetables in simmering pot.
