1 pound cooked/shredded chicken breast
½ cup Greek yogurt
¼ cup avocado oil mayonnaise
2 tablespoons Kikkoman® Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce
1 cup chopped celery
¼ cup finely chopped green onion
2 tablespoons finely chopped cilantro
Bibb lettuce leaves for serving (optional)

directions

  1. Combine all ingredients for salad in a medium mixing bowl and stir thoroughly to mix. Serve salad alone or scooped into lettuce leaves. Store salad in refrigerator for up to 4 days.
