- In a medium bowl, combine cubed steak with olive oil, soy sauce, paprika, garlic, thyme, and black pepper. Stir well to coat steak. Set aside at room temperature for 15 minutes. In a separate bowl, combine cremini mushrooms and remaining olive oil. Toss to coat.
- In a separate small bowl, stir together ingredients for sauce.
- Heat outdoor grill to 450°F and place a medium cast-iron pan on grill. Close lid and allow pan to heat up for about 10 minutes. Add steak to hot pan using tongs and sear for 1-2 minutes with lid open. Turn steak bites using tongs and sear 2 minutes longer.
- Move steak to one side of pan. Add mushrooms and stir gently to coat in juices from pan. Close grill lid and cook for 3-4 minutes longer.
- Use a silicone handle cover or a heavy-duty oven mitt to remove pan from grill. Stir together steak bites and mushrooms and top with chopped parsley. Serve hot with dipping sauce.
