1 pound 85/15 ground beef
½ cup Kikkoman® Panko Bread Crumbs
1 large egg
2 tablespoons finely chopped green onion, plus more for serving
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon minced ginger
½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
2 tablespoons + 3 tablespoons Kikkoman® Teriyaki Takumi, Original, divided, plus more for serving

directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF and lightly grease 3 mini meatloaf tins with cooking spray. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, panko, egg, green onion, garlic, ginger, red pepper flakes (optional) and 2 tablespoons of teriyaki takumi sauce. Mix well to incorporate all ingredients.
  2. Divide mixture between prepared tins and spread evenly to take the shape of tins. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes.
  3. Carefully remove pan from oven and brush tops of meatloaves with remaining 3 tablespoons of teriyaki takumi sauce. Return to oven for 10 minutes longer.
  4. Serve meatloaves hot, garnished with green onion and extra teriyaki takumi sauce if desired.
