- Preheat oven to 350ºF and lightly grease 3 mini meatloaf tins with cooking spray. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, panko, egg, green onion, garlic, ginger, red pepper flakes (optional) and 2 tablespoons of teriyaki takumi sauce. Mix well to incorporate all ingredients.
- Divide mixture between prepared tins and spread evenly to take the shape of tins. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes.
- Carefully remove pan from oven and brush tops of meatloaves with remaining 3 tablespoons of teriyaki takumi sauce. Return to oven for 10 minutes longer.
- Serve meatloaves hot, garnished with green onion and extra teriyaki takumi sauce if desired.
