Garlicky Scalloped Potatoes

ingredients

1 can (14 oz.) chicken broth
1 1/4 cups Pearl® Original Organic Soymilk
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
3 cloves garlic, pressed
2 pounds long white potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
3 tablespoons butter

directions

Combine broth and soymilk in large saucepan; blend in flour, salt and garlic. Stir in potatoes. Bring to boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat and simmer for 3 minutes. Pour mixture into 2 quart casserole or au gratin dish; dot evenly with butter. Place dish on baking sheet and bake at 400˚F for 1 hour, or until potatoes are tender.
