kikkoman products used:

ingredients

1 package (12-oz.) extra firm tofu
Pinch of salt
1/4 cup flour
1 egg, beaten
3 tablespoons canola oil

Citrus Glaze
1 tablespoon cornstarch
3 tablespoons water
1/4 cup Kikkoman Gourmet Teriyaki Quick & Easy Marinade
1/2 cup orange juice
1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
1 teaspoon Kikkoman Ponzu

directions

Heat oil in pan. Slice tofu from the side to make 2 layers. Cut 2 opposite corners to make 8 triangles. Sprinkle salt and dredge in flour then dip in egg. Fry for 2-3 minutes and turn over. Turn to each side also to make evenly golden brown.

To prepare Citrus Glaze, dissolve cornstarch in water in microwaveable bowl. Add Quick & Easy Marinade, orange juice, ginger and Ponzu. Cook in microwave about 50 seconds or until boiled. Pour over tofu and serve.
