ingredients

1 bottle (20 oz.) Kikkoman Teriyaki Takumi, Gochujang Spicy Miso
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup chopped garlic
3 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
2 slabs baby back pork ribs

directions

  1. Combine sauce, honey and garlic.
  2. For chicken: Marinate chicken in 1 cup of sauce mixture for 6 hours in refrigerator. Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade. Grill chicken over medium heat 10 to 12 minutes, or until chicken is no longer pink in center, turning chicken over and basting occasionally with remaining sauce mixture.
  3. For pork ribs: Remove and discard membrane from pork ribs. Wrap ribs in aluminum foil and grill over medium heat 1 hour and 10 minutes, turning over occasionally. Remove ribs from foil; discard foil. Continue cooking ribs on grill 10 minutes, turning ribs over and basting with sauce mixture 3 or 4 times.
