3 tablespoons tomato ketchup
3 tablespoons honey
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt

  2. Arrange ribs, in single layer, on large sheet of heavy-duty foil; brush both sides with about 1/3 of sauce mixture. Bring 2 long ends of foil up over ribs; fold down twice until fold rests on ribs. (Seam should be in center of package.) Fold ends down twice.

THE STORY OF SOY SAUCE

Even people who love soy sauce and use it all the time are often surprised to learn what it is and how it’s made. We make ours from just four simple ingredients—water, soybeans, wheat, and salt. Those ingredients are transformed through a traditional brewing process—much like making wine or beer—that has remained unchanged for centuries.
