Curry Shrimp Bowl

Ingredients

Yield: Yield: 4 servings

1 pound medium shrimp
1 red bell pepper, cut into strips
1 green bell pepper, cut into strips
1 small onion, sliced
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1-1/2 cup Kikkoman Thai Yellow Curry Sauce or Kikkoman Thai Red Curry Sauce 
Hot cooked rice

Instructions

Shell, devein shrimp. Heat oil in hot wok or large skillet over high heat. Add shrimp and stir-fry until shrimp turn pink. Add peppers and onion, stir-fry 4 minutes until vegetables are tender. Add Thai Yellow or Thai Red Curry Sauce, stirring until sauce boils. Serve with rice.
