- Combine soy sauce, minced garlic, and pepper, and mix well.
- Pour marinade over your chosen cut of meat in large resealable plastic food storage bag. Press air out of bag; close top securely. Turn bag over several times to coat meat. Marinate in refrigerator for at least 1 hour or overnight.
- Throw your chosen cut of meat on the grill, then use in your favorite stir fry, fajitas, or tacos!
