ingredients

olive oil cooking spray
1 ½ pound cod fillet
½ cup all-purpose flour
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon fresh chopped dill
¾ cup Kikkoman® Panko Bread Crumbs
½ teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper

For Lemon Soy Butter Sauce
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
2 tablespoons Kikkoman® Soy Sauce
2 tablespoons lemon juice
⅛ teaspoon garlic powder

directions

  1. Spray air fryer with olive oil cooking spray. Slice pieces of cod into equal portions. Add all-purpose flour to a shallow bowl. In a second bowl, beat together eggs, Dijon mustard and chopped dill. In a third shallow bowl, combine panko, paprika, salt and pepper.
  2. Coat each piece of cod in flour, shaking off excess. Next, dunk in egg mixture and allow excess egg to run off. Finally, dip in panko mixture to coat.
  3. Place 3-4 pieces into basket of air fryer with space in between for air to flow. Spray cod with cooking spray and air fry for 6 minutes at 380°F. Use tongs to turn cod and fry for 5-6 minutes longer. Repeat with remaining cod.
  4. While cod cooks, melt butter over medium-low heat. Remove from heat and whisk in soy sauce, lemon juice, and garlic powder. Pour into a small dipping bowl. Serve cod hot with lemon-soy butter sauce for dipping and drizzling.
