½ pound roasted turkey breast, shredded
2 cups green cabbage, shredded
2 cups kale, shredded
1 cup celery, thinly sliced
1 cup honey crisp apples, chopped
½ cup toasted pecans, chopped
½ cup cranberries, dried
⅓ cup tahini
2 tablespoons maple syrup
2 tablespoons fresh orange juice
2 tablespoons Kikkoman® Rice Vinegar 
¼ teaspoon sea salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper

directions

  1. Combine turkey, cabbage, kale, celery, apples, pecans, and cranberries into a large bowl.
  2. In a small mixing bowl, stir together tahini, maple syrup, orange juice, rice vinegar, salt, and pepper until smooth. Pour dressing over slaw and stir well to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow cabbage to tenderize slightly.
