ingredients

Asian Steak:
4 oz. skirt or sirloin steak, thinly sliced or diced
2 tablespoons Kikkoman® Gluten-Free Poke Sauce
1/2 tablespoon vegetable oil

Asian Cheese Sauce:
1/2 cup salsa con queso (such as Tostitos brand)
2 tablespoons Kikkoman® Gluten-Free Poke Sauce

Lime Ponzu Drizzle:
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Kikkoman® Ponzu Lime Sauce

Nachos:
16 square wonton wrappers, cut into triangles
Vegetable oil for frying
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup each: diced tomato and shredded red cabbage
2 tablespoons each: minced red onion, matchstick carrots and sliced pickled jalapeno peppers
1/2 avocado, peeled, pitted and diced
Sliced green onions and fresh cilantro leaves (garnish)

directions

  1. Stir together steak and 2 tablespoon Kikkoman® Gluten-Free Poke Sauce in a small bowl. Cover and refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours to marinate. 
  2. Whisk together cheese sauce ingredients in a small bowl.
  3. Stir together mayonnaise and Kikkoman® Ponzu Lime Sauce in another small bowl.
  4. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  5. Fry won ton wrappers in hot oil for about 45 seconds or until golden brown; drain on paper towels.
  6. Drain excess marinade from steak and heat oil in a small skillet until hot. Cook steak for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring frequently.
  7. Place half the won ton chips in the bottom of a small baking dish. Top with half of the cheese sauce, half the cheese and half the steak. Bake for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.  Top with vegetables and drizzle Lime Ponzu Drizzle.
