Breakfast Burritos

Makes 4 servings

ingredients

1/2 pound chorizo, casing removed
1 cup salsa
1 cup Monterey Jack cheese
1-2 tablespoons Kikkoman Sriracha
4 flour tortillas
4 large eggs, scrambled
1 avocado, sliced

directions

Spray the tortillas with cooking spray, place one on top of another and wrap the 4 tortillas in foil, place in the oven and warm them until they are ready to be used.  Meanwhile, cook chorizo in a frying pan over medium heat for 5 minutes, crumbling them with a fork, drain excess oil.  Remove from heat.  Combine salsa and sriracha. Create the burritos by dividing eggs, salsa mixture, cheese and avocado among the tortillas. Fold and serve.
