12 oz. shishito peppers
1 tablespoon Kikkoman® Sesame Oil
4 tablespoons Kikkoman® Soy Sauce
2 cloves of garlic, minced

directions

  1. Heat a wok over medium-high heat and add the sesame oil. Add the shishito peppers, stirring frequently until they start to blister and char.
  2. While the peppers are cooking, whisk together soy sauce and garlic in a small bowl.
  3. When the peppers have charred, pour the soy sauce mixture over peppers and serve.
