ingredients

1 tablespoon Kikkoman® Sesame Oil
4 cups sugar snap peas
½ teaspoon grated ginger
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tablespoons Kikkoman® Soy Sauce
¼ teaspoon sesame seeds
1 small handful cilantro, chopped

directions

  1. Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. When oil is shimmering hot, add snap peas and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  2. In a small bowl, stir together ginger, garlic and soy sauce.  Pour over snap peas and stir.  Cook an additional 2 minutes. Serve hot and garnish with sesame seeds and cilantro.
